Request Explanation: Construct an F-35 Academic Training Center utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base located on the Klamath Falls, OR airport requires an adequately sized, properly configured, environmentally safe, and energy efficient academic training center facility for the purpose of conducting flight simulator training in support of the 173d Fighter Wing F-35 pilot training mission. The training facility requires six bays capable of supporting four FMS simulators and eight MMRT simulators, and both secure and collateral flight training classroom areas for student use.
